Eligibility
- Exchanges accepted only within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
Exchange Process:*
- Contact our customer support team via trainikssports@gmail.com or +91 8850920936 within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange clearly in the communication.
- You'll be responsible for shipping the garment/s back to us.
- If you'd like to exchange for a different size/style, please mention it in your exchange return request.
- We'll facilitate the exchange process accordingly, with the return shipping charge applicable of ₹120/-
Exchange Options
- You can exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal value.
- You cannot exchange any item on sale.
- Products without original tags will not be eligible for exchange.
- If the desired size/product is unavailable, we’ll provide a store credit.
Note: Courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.
- Items damaged due to improper washing or usage.
